- Establish new depot through the potential areas. - Build and retain an excellent relationship with customers. - Create a sales force to distribute company’ products. - Make call plan through potential areas. - Coach, train and discipline sales team. - Check and follow-up sales activities and Call Plans. - Lead the sales team to achieve the monthly target. - Arrange monthly Itinerary to visit the Region Areas. - Review market situation, identify the problem to find a proper solution. - Prepare monthly reports to the Sales Manager. - The weekly stock of potential areas report. - Keep up to date with products and competitors to the company and sales team. - Increase monthly and annual actual sale - Perform other duties as assigned from the management team.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience related to FMCG. - Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Have a driver license and willingness to travel to another province. - Honesty, good at planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
