- Ensure financial accountability and compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and laws within accounting cycles through - Promote financial stewardship within the company from financial planning to day to day execution - Oversee balance sheet through reconciliation, cleaning and checking up the balance sheet before year-end closing - Ensure that all government reporting and filing requirements are efficiently complied - Represent company in the finance and administration areas to outsiders and stakeholders Maintain Fixed Assets Register to determine physical assets tagging - Bank Reconciliation management - Checking and verifying postings done by subordinators - To check post GL closing for month end i.e. Accruals / Prepayments - Verifying payments vouchers before getting approval for payment - Review account receivable and follow up with customer when necessary - Responsible for month end closing of Financial Report

* REQUIREMENT - Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance or any relevant discipline - 3-5 years of experience in a similar position; experience with Property management and/or commercial and retail building services preferred - Excellent in communication skills - Advanced Excel Skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables - Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude - Has completed or commenced postgraduate accounting studies, eg.
