•Manage hardware set-up and software registration for new employees •Maintain records of software licenses •Record and manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies. •Install and configurate computers, software, server, networks, printers, scanners and UPS •Diagnose hardware and software faults •Solve technical and applications problems either at distance or in person •Repair equipment and replace spare parts as needed (or send for repair) •Work on ergonomics and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements •Ensure network maintenance at all times •Upgrade and enhance company website •Feed social media content and update information on Facebook Page •Perform another task assigned by Managing Director
