- Prepare and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports and statements - Prepare monthly & yearly tax declaration - Booking daily transaction - Control account payments - Control fixed assets list - Bank reconciliation - Dealing with tax auditor & officer from GDT - Control and manage tasks assigned to the team - Check payment vouchers - Other task related to accounting work - Cash planning and control budgets monthly - Managing and controlling organizing of the accounting files - Month end and year end process - Revenue and expenditure variance analysis & reporting - Establish, improve and follow proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Coordinate and help complete annual external audits and annual CIT returns,

- Bachelor’s degree in related field in accounting & Finance: Minimum standard - Master’s degree: preferred standard - ACCA qualification: High advantage standard - Experience in related field, minimum 5 years - Computer literacy in Ms. Office such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & mail - Fast learner & flexible person - Good communication skills - Can work under pressure - Excellent command of English, both written & spoken (Essential to deal with Management team overseas)
