- Provide leadership, direction, and management of finance and accounting team - Provide strategic recommendation to CEO/MD and members of the executive management - Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the all financial reporting - Advise on long term business and financial planning - Establishing and developing relations with seniors management and external partners and stakeholders - Reviewing all formal finance procedure - Formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives - Develop financial and tax strategies - Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team - Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team - Manage the accounting department - Oversee the issuance of financial information - Personally review all reporting packages - Report financial results to the board of directors - Assess and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile - Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements as per Cambodian law - Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

Qualifications - At least 15-year experience related finance and accounting management - Master of finance and accounting management or equivalent
