● The position will report to Head of IT. ● Be part of the growing agile ICF Cambodia IT team. ● Provide IT support by managing and resolving IT end-user problems. ● Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals. ● Actively engage in the daily agile meetings. ● Talk to customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. ● Replace parts as required. ● Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time. ● Work continuously on a task until completion. ● Support the roll-out of new applications. ● Set up new user accounts and profiles. ● Manage user access to company documents. ● Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. ● Test and evaluate new technology.

● Knowledge of Windows and Mac to re-install operating system and applications. ● Printer installation and management. ● Basic understanding of network topology. ● Optional: Network knowledge to diagnose and solve hard- and software related network faults. ** Skills: ● English speaking. ● Ability to work well in a team. ● Ability to think logically. ● Listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the ** solution. ● Problem solving skills. ● Understanding of how software and operating systems work. ● Ability to prioritise your workload. ● Attention to detail. ● 1+ year experience in IT. ** Behaviours: ● Eagerness to learn. ● Proactive communication. ● Punctuality.
