- To teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses delivered by the Department and, as required, to teach on associated programs offered by the School. - To undertake research, either as an individual or with colleagues, of a level and quality that will result in regular publication in internationally-rated Accounting and/or Finance journals. - To undertake appropriate course and course material development. - To undertake administrative duties as directed by the Head of Department. - To represent the Department at conferences and seminars. - To promote the image and reputation of the Department and School in the wider academic and business community. - To engage in other duties appropriate to the grade of the post as required - Participates in their professional association(s) and holds leadership positions in their field - Engages in significant professional development activities such as taking courses, attending seminars and conferences, and engaging in individual research and study (Senior Lecturer only) To be the primary supervisor for research students, to contribute to teaching innovation and research leadership, and to be able to undertake senior administrative duties.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accountant or Finance - 5 years Experience in Teaching Accounting or relative - Holds responsible part-time or full-time work in their area. - Honesty - Flexible - Fast to learn Note : The company will be provide full the commendation and insurance .
