- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Develop, train, manage and motivate the staffs under supervision to perform high - Performing other tasks as per assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering - At least 5-year-experience of Site Project Management - Knowledge in Sub-contractor workforce/quality management - Ability to manage team - High Critical Thinking - High Problem Solving - Able to work under pressure - Able to work under pressure - High strategic thinking/Planning - High problem solving & Decision Making - High Leadership and People management - Good at Selling skill - Work under pressure
