- Prepare daily cash movement - Analyze and recording transaction to the system - Manage petty cash and cash on hand - Manage on account payable - Prepare daily cash management report - Prepare to support document for monthly tax declaration - Reconcile general ledger and prepare adjustment - Prepare for fixed asset depreciation - Prepare bank reconciliation - Daily journal - Control inventory in system - Income statement - Balance sheet - Statement of cash flow - weekly stock control - Other tasks assigned by management

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related major - At least 2 year experience as an accountant - Can use QuickBooks - Able to work under pressure and willing to work as a team - Male/female and being a motivated person - Holding BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting or equivalent - Ability to work against tight deadlines within time constraints - Good computer skill MS Office, word, excel, power point, Internet and Email - Good understanding of English both spoken and written - Honest, initiative, creativity, flexibility, high commitment, and good interpersonal skills - Willing to work on a long-term basis for the company - Good behavior and disciplined - Ability to work overtime to complete the job (OT will be paid) - Other tasks assigned by management.
