Due to Expansion AMA has an additional vacancy for a Senior Marketing Executive. The Candidate we are looking for will have the following attributes: - Native Khmer speaker with High proficiency in the English language (Official certificates and/or tests results would be an advantage) - At least a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field like Finance, Accountancy, Legal studies , or Social Sciences.. - Candidate must be flexible and able to work long hours to meet client’s needs and available for travel upon client’s request. - Candidate must be able to plan, develop and organize marketing activity to reach Cambodian Business Owners and Investors to take advantage of the Australian Business and Investors migration programme of the Business Visas. - Must be able to assess, counsel and advise clients with matters pertaining Australian Business Visa, Investment, Family and Children’s education and any other information regarding migration under the Business Visa. - Candidate with network access to high-income and/or high-assets level will be given priority. - Candidate must be people orientated with good interpersonal skills. - Must have Experienced with strategizing and designing of marketing plans to meet our target audiences mainly business owners and investors who are ready to migrate to Australia and obtain Permanent Residency and citizenship. - Understand the Cambodian migration market and behaviour with access to the high-income and high net worth network of contacts. - Able to lead the marketing team and ensure all tasks are executed in a timely manner. - Possess the level of creativity to invent ideas to market and penetrate Cambodian market through new and traditional media. - Able to take the aggressive approach in executing Marketing Plans to ensure more exposure and increase brand awareness. - Clients orientated with excellent mitigating skills to address client’s queries. - Ability to identify and liaise with main business chambers and intuitions. - Medium level of computer literacy. KPIs: - Minimum 01 contracted client per month. - 03-months probation.
