-Responsible for the planning and design of mechanical engineering works for building services -Prepare design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical works. -Collaborate with your peers of other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as ensure excellent delivery of service to clients. -Involved in the design and technical specifications for tenders submission -Oversee supervision team (Resident Engineer & Resident Technical Officer) for site installation -Contract administration of construction contracts

-Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University accredited with the National Board of Accreditation, India -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience -Good working experience in a consulting firm with proven track record in major development project -Prior working experience in Singapore will be added advantage -Conversant with international or local codes and regulations as well as submission procedures -Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or REVIT) and mechanical/electrical engineering design software is an advantage -Strong planning, organisational and supervision skills -Able to communicate confidently and work well in a team
