Duties and Responsibilities - Review all purchase requests from all departments daily. Notes discrepancies in quantity and brand orders. - If purchase request in not in order, check with originating department and resolve the question in time so as not to delay order that could affect delivery of product to the guests. - Invite quotations from suppliers related - Compare quotations from all respondents and recommend the supplier that suits the needs of the property - initialize purchase order indicating all the details of the order - Prepare reports that inform all the end users of the status of the purchase orders - Follow up orders and arrange the safe delivery of the items in the property - Inform the receiving staff or storekeeper of the expected deliveries - Assist accountant to prepare the vouchers, accounting documents. - Attend to other duties that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS -Male or female, minimum 20 years old -Bachelor’s degree in any related field -Minimum 2 years’ work experience in accounting department -Good appearance and personal presentation -Strong organizational and leadership skills -Good English communication both verbal and written -Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
