Overall Purpose of the Role: To provide prepare financial statement in true and fair view with Compliance with IFRS and local tax regulation. • Internal Interactions: Sales managers and general manager of WBC and MD • External Interactions: Customers and Suppliers • Regulatory agencies (Customs, tax department etc.) • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close. • General Ledger/Account reconciliation/management • Manage and process payment to the suppliers. • Budget preparation with regular updates. • Cash flow forecast on weekly basic. • Stock level monitoring and ordering to suppliers. • Monitor and follow up marketing claim from supplier. • Coordinate with auditor for yearly audit report. • Monthly and yearly tax declaration. • Coach and manage team. • Other tasks pertaining to the account, and assigned by MD. • Field trip with sales team, sometimes.

• Master degree in accounting or banking and finance or relevant field. • ACCA holder program is preferred. • Well understanding and skillful on Cambodian Tax • At least 5 years working experienced as Accounting/Finance Management. • A strong team player with supervisory experience in managing the big team. • Very good communication skill in English and Khmer. • Computer literate (Ms Office, Internet and email). • Good sense of judgment and problem solving
