Jobs Description

** Banteay Meanchey 223-Krong Paoy Paet - Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers’ needs. - Liaise and build good cooperation with authority, partner, and all stakeholders. - Loan creation in core banking. - Prepare and review legal document before giving to clients to process with authority/legal processing. - Assist loan officer to accept security documentwith borrower. - Monitor hypothec registration process. - Re-review legal document and ensure compliance with term and condition of loan before drawdown. - Ensure safe keeping of creating collateral information, issuing collateral file receipt, collateral file in vault, and collateral withdrawal process related to the approved loan. - Keep the reject and cancel Credit document. - Coordinate request to approver on loan Repayment/ Settlement/ Transactions with special conditions. - Complete projects on timely basis as assigned by management. - Perform other various duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or Finance and Banking or in any related field. - At least three years’ experience in Microfinance or banking industry or another related field. - Honesty, Initiative, Creative, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, and able to manage and lead team for success. - Ability and effectively communicate in both Khmer and English. - Sound working knowledge of computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, Email). - Good faith in Christianity. - Good understanding of Cambodian MFI/banking rules and regulations.
