• Lead in recruitment and rider management both internal & external • Lead in system understanding and act as trainer to train new recruits on system knowledge • Lead in formulating and development of Fleet Department SOPs • Ensure all orders are delivered according to timeline and schedule • Work closely with Operations department to ensure all orders are picked up and delivered timely • Understand customer’s needs and provide support • Ensure customers understand our delivery SOP • Solve delivery issues and manage complaints • Ensure good attendance and discipline of riders • Manage rider’s appearance and ensure they are fully equipped with the right tools to complete their delivery job well • Manage and train subordinates • Perform other tasks as required by senior management team

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field • At least 5 years’ experience in Fleet management in logistic, delivery & courier services or ride-hailing industry • Experience in managing a group of riders, driver, delivery person • Have experience using logistic or business system software • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advance level • Leadership with good time management skill • Good problem-solving skill • Able to lead a team and provide mentorship • Good proficiency in Khmer and English. • Understand Chinese is an added advantage
