- Using KiuERP to Handle daily Accounting bookkeeping; - Filing Accounting documents; - Periodically filing Reports to Legal Authorities; - Handling monthly closings financial statements; - Preparing periodically budgets and forecasts; - Manage cash flows and process all transactions related to a company; - Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures; - Checking accounting documents to ensure that they are correct, legally and valid; - On top of repairing reports, providing documents for internal, external audit and tax department upon required; - Payroll calculation and management, attendance/ leave record for employees; - Handling recruitment process end-to-end; - Handling other admin issues; - More details will be discussed in the interview.

- Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Accounting/ Finance is required for this position; - Proficiency Accounting Software - Having experience in using ERP such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Netsuite... is a big advantage; - Good at English communication; - Dynamic, proactive and be able to handle HR Admin multi-tasks; - Be able to work independently as well as a good team player; - Honest, challenges, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility. - Full-Time position(s) available;
