- Responsible for the proper project execution of the project collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects and other site representatives for clarification in architecture. - Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. - Plan all daily & weekly construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are achieved. - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. - Assist in engaging sub-contractors and other staff in allocating responsibilities - Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. Check daily correspondence, reports and documents are properly filed. - Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues. - Making daily tasks lists and delegating responsibility of work force. - Arranging and leading on regular team meetings, undertaking site checks to monitor progress. - Assist sub-contractors and engineers in interpreting plans and other related matters. - Ensure that the construction site is safe and free from any hazardous chemical or objects. - Report accidents that occur at the construction site to the project manager. - Administer or make sure that first aid is administered to any injured construction worker. - Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site. - Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. - Making safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety. - Checking and preparing site reports, documents, designs and drawings. - Maintaining quality control procedures and reports. - Assessing and minimizing project risk and report. - Identifying and highlighting possible risk on project with accurate inventory and control of construction materials. - Coordination & verification of extra claims raised by direct manager. - Be able to calculate quantities for construction job.

- Male - 25 to 45 years old - Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. - Proven track record with minimum 5-7 yrs. experience in Civil Engineering & Construction management. - Excellent construction management, problem solving and leadership skills. - Excellent ability in teamwork with good interpersonal skills. - Well verse in Project planning, Execution, construction and management procedures. - Well verse in Engineering and Construction management requirements. - Excellent knowledge in human resource planning, material & Equipment scheduling. - Experience in all phases of Construction activities of Infrastructures, Buildings, and industrial projects, govt or private sectors. - Able to use applications such as 2D & 3D, AutoCAD. - Can work under pressure. - Waterproofing & Finishing work experience is an advantage - Well versed with English language (speaking and writing) - Be able to prepare site reports, and other documentations - Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Excel.
