-Candidates are Cambodian (living in Siem Reap)who are 18 to 35 year old. -University students or graduated students (in the related field are motivated) with good knowledge of English -Good communication and negotiation skills with students' parents -Be sociable, patient, self-motivated and able to work in group -Be flexible, good at problem solving and able to work with different kinds of people -Have at least two year experience in teaching adults.
