• Reviews the team’s sales progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to suggest a realistic forecast • Channelizes business opportunities and negotiates with customers to help close deals. This includes managing customer queries and suggesting potential solutions • Oversees and monitors “Special” vehicle order intake, assists Sales Consultants where necessary, and reviews order details to ensure customers are fully aware of and agree with the terms and conditions and down-payment is collected in-line with set policies. This includes obtaining Line Manager’s approval on pricing • Updates and prepares weekly sales form and conduct meetings Sales Consultant to review progress/performance and provide feedback to the line Manager.

• Communicable in English and Chinese is a plus+ • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or vehicle sales is preferable • Knowledge of product and market • Strong negotiation skills • Relationship management skills
