- Schedule management, sale planning promotion - Managing the sale team, develop a business plan cover sale and marketing - Promote and sell to potential clients - Maintaining and improving relationship with customers - Handle customer complaints, customer satisfaction survey - Personally observe the performance of sale and marketing representative in the field on a regular basis - Ensure the target is realistic and achievable - Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them Monitoring and analyzing market trends Preparation of weekly sales reports Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales & marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. - Provide and organize scheme and SWOT to sale teams - Performing other duties assigned by managing director
