- Handle recruitment process - Training new comers - Control stationary and office equipment - Issue a warning letter and terminate process - Coordinate to arrange any training or meeting - Daily check an attendant of employees - Follow up any progress of Human Resource and Administration Projects - Assist to develop, implement and maintain HR procedures to align with labor law - Facilitate clearances of outgoing employee and Facilitate on-boarding of new hire employees - Coordinate with all department to ensure that all job function in the employee ID are understood by all employee - Responsible for executing day to day support of business operation in term of administration - Maintain and update records periodically to all employees profile, contracts - File up NSSF payment for all employees - Deal a payroll and overtime by finger print - Other task assign by Head of Department

- Strong organizational and planning skills. - Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures. - Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience. - Proficiency in English (oral and written) - Good communication and knowledge skills - Problem-solving skills - Experience in HR, Admin or Compliance - Understanding about HR function
