Job Description - Follow up with sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/drawing. - Setting out, leveling and surveying the site. - Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. - Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. - Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. - Ensure that all company’s assets must be well controlled and safeguarded at the job site. - Highly accountable for the losses and damages. - Do timely report request by Project Manager (Site daily report, site problem claim, Inspection report, other report required…). - Do the other tasks as per assigned.

Job Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Civil engineer field; - At least 2-year-experience at Site or related to engineering tasks; - Strongly experience in leading and managing site work operation; - Sub-contractor workforce/quality management; - Knowledge in quality control, Be able to calculate steel and cement for construction job; - Good reporting skills; - Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills; - Good problem resolving skills; - Computer skills on MS word, Excel, internet and email; - Friendly, helpful, flexible, and honest person; - Hard work and result oriented; Working Station: - Site Engineer is based at project site. Working Requirement: - Site Engineer shall work under Supervisor & report directly to Project Manager.
