- He/She is responsible for the management of the training and the personnel of the hotel. - Inform management about all matters on labor and salary, employment, legislation and all the related personnel regulation and policy. - Organize training programs. - Compile labor regulation and agreements, standards of discipline and ensure that all staff of the hotel effectively implements them. - Recruit the staff. - Coordinate interview with candidates and all heads of department. - Establish good relationship with the local and governmental organizations. - Handle periodical reports on the daily operation. - Handle the formalities to obtain all the necessary licenses for the hotel operation. - Handle all disciplinary matters and inform to HR Manager. - Compile the evaluation of the staff made by the Heads of department and transfer the information to HR Manager. - Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
