Full-time: 07:00-17:00 Working time: Monday - Saturday Salary & Benefits: 200$-300$ with Insurance + Lunch Responsibilities: As Junior Site engineer, your role is to serve as a liaison between engineering and construction team. - Provide technical supervision of the ongoing civil works - Assist in controlling wastage and improving the quality of workmanship - Assist in maintaining quality of all civil works such as concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc. - Work out the requirements of different materials for construction - Prepare requisition for specific materials well in advance - Develop plans and make calculations for various engineering elements within the project - Draw blueprints and structural diagrams and submit them to - Structural Engineer for correction and approval - Manage and solve manufacturing issues in order to provide secure and long-lasting solutions - Visit sites to take measurements, answer sub-contractors’ questions, etc. - Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines for site team to follow - Gather data for permit applications, submit documentation to officials as needed, and ensure that change orders are logged and submitted to the appointed site teams - Oversee and prepare progress reports for Site Supervisors - Compare project schedules and budgets to expectations, report on any potential delays or issues that arise during construction phase
