1. Main responsibility The stock Officer will be responsible the records of inventory IN/OUT. 2. Reporting and authority - Stock Officer is reporting to Stock Admin. 3. Scope of work - Invoices delivery to Head Office as scheduled - Weekly Tracking supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock - Monthly monitoring and updating all inventories - Overtimes reports for workers if any. - Support Stock Admin to record inventories in-out based on Material Requests. - Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards - Create and maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies - Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock - Prepare and create header card to update for all inventories in warehouse and projects. - Check and update all return inventories, used, lost or damage to update into warehouse.

4. Requirement Stock Officer should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - At least 1 year experience and Admin Officer & Stock controls - Ability to use software applications on inventory control system - Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work. - Be able to work under pressure, flexible, high commitment and hard working person. - Be patient and strictly on work with the good explanation.
