1. Main responsibility Senior Taxation Accounts officer is responsible to record and determine tax declaration and payment file of company with the company policy requirements together with national/international standards and customer specification. 2. Reporting and authority - Senior Taxation Accounts Officer is reporting to CFO and Deputy CEO. 3. Scope of work - To response of tax declaration process (salary, Fringe benefit, Prepayment Profit, Withholding Tax, Patent Tax and VAT to Government Tax. - To record accrual Prepayment Profit Tax (PPT). - To record and follow up stock in transit for import and logistic. - Prepare monthly tax report, such as personal income tax, and corporation income tax and any related government fee; - Ensure accounting record compliances with Cambodia taxation law and other legal requirement; - Calculate and declare pay monthly tax and annual tax (tax on profit) - Cooperate with Internal auditor, external auditor and tax auditor - Collaborate in creating of policies and procedure of accounting and budgeting - Check voucher, monitor the expenditures and transaction to make sure compliance Finance &Accounting; policy tax law - Cooperate tax department MEF - Check and recommend the compliance of tax rule within Institution.

4. Skills The Senior Taxation Accounts Officer should possess the following qualifications - University in Accounting - Experience in similar position - Interpersonal skill - Organization skill - Computer literacy especially MS Office and Quick book. - Good in Khmer and English (Verbal and Written)
