1.Scope of working: - Sales Officer is responsible for the indoor sales operation in the Head Office located in Kandal Province, National Road 51 2.Duties & Responsibilities: - Introduce and assist customers with product availability - Administrate sales activities by processing the relevant documents for customers - Maintain and develop a relationship with customers - Greet customers with a customer service standard - Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets - Operate the day-to-day sales operations - Perform various task assigned by the Management

3. Qualifications & requirements: - Doing or hold Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent - At Least 1-year of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality - Outstanding customer care with a friendly personality - Goal-Driven and have strong attention to detail - Be able to work overtime and weekends on a rotating shift basis - Good computer literacy in Ms Office - Good oral and written in Khmer and English; - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills 4. Working Days and Hours: - Monday to Sunday (Rotated day off): 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm - Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm 5. Working place: - Sales Officer is based in Head Office, Kandal Province, National Road 51 6.Relationship: Sales Officer reports directly to the Sales Supervisor/ Manager. 7.
