Responsibilities and Duties: Follow up shipment - Prepare Material shortage report (ZRMM0010) - Verify shortage, new delivery date (Pull in/ Push back) send report to suppliers - Discuss with supplier of new delivery date, - Verify shortage on PO with supplier (to reduce invoice discrepancy) when shipment reach SVI Expect response by Tuesday evening, - Supplier work on PO acknowledgement, confirm delivery, - Expect all suppliers reply on Thursday evening, Purchasing - Risk materials management (Prevent material excess) - Duplicate PO, Quality over requirement - Negotiate with supplier to cancel PO, - Avoid purchase from stockiest, PO cancellation - Verify outstanding PO report - Work with MC to close PO which vendor commitment beyond MDS/forecast, RTV - Work with supplier to take rejected materials - Return within 7-14 days, - Supplier refuse to take nonconformance materials will be documented in supplier quarterly performance evaluation, - Daily-weekly practice Outstanding PO closure (Long ageing PO) - Weekly review PO outstanding - Work with M/C ensure no requirement on that PO, - Close PO - Weekly practice.
