- Provide engineering needs for plan/spec and design/build projects to meet requirement - Ensure designs meet all applicable codes and safety standards - Define VE opportunities of existing designs - Research new technical developments for implementation at CMLD - Provide technical assistance to other design groups as necessary - Preparation of BOQ, Comparison List and specification - Analyze the models to produce a safe, economical design that satisfies the design criteria. - Requires interaction with own MEP and other discipline to complete design tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field - At least 1 years of working experiences in similar position Knowledge of MEP Engineering - Knowledge of International Standard Code - Computer literacy especially MS Office, Auto CAD (2D,3D) Good Knowledge of MEP System - Excellent attention to detail and excellent in organization skill - Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills - Ability to think creatively and innovatively - Ability to work under pressure.
