* Job Description • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles • Manage general ledger and assist month-end/year-end close processes • Provide recommendations • Monthly, and yearly tax preparation and declaration • Plan, assign and review staff’s work • Works with Managing Director to formulate and help implement policies and procedures for the human resources function • Others tasks are assigned by Managing Director
