-Ensure And Take Responsible To Any Operational Tasks Assigned From Assistant Manager And AFL Operation Supervisor Complied With Standard Operational Procedure -Inspectors Must Check All Received Documents And Equipment -To Ensure They Are Adequate For Conducting Inspection/verification/sampling -If Work Instruction Is Not Clear Or Document And Equipment Is Not Sufficient For Conducting Inspection/verification/sampling, The Inspectors Shall Clarify This Matter With Their Superior Before Leaving To The Sites -Inspectors Must Arrive At The Sites On Time Which Was Notified In Work Instructions -At The Arrival, The Inspectors Will Verify The Readiness Of -Products, Quantity, Condition, Scope Of Work And Facilities Required Etc. With Person In Charge -Carry Out Inspection/verification/sampling Of Loading Or Discharging Products Following The Standard Procedures And Work Instructions -Inspector Should Not Allow Other Person Using Equipment That Were Received From The Company -Any Discrepancy Is Observed During Intervention, The Inspectors Will Report To Their Superior For Further Instruction. If Inspectors Could Not Get In Touch With Their Superior, They Must Contact Manager Of Each Activity For Further Instruction -Inspectors Will Prepare Inspection/verification/sampling Reports As Per Standardized Procedure Requirements On Completion Of Intervention -Report, All Documents And Sample (if Any) Will Be Submitted To Office On The Date Of The Completion Of Work Or Not Later Than In The Next Morning -At All Times, Comply With Company Code Of Integrity And Professional Conduct -Perform Various Other Duties As Assigned By Superior.
