- Cambodian, Male. - Bachelor Degree in IT or related field. - 2+ years experience with IT Manager position. - Minimum 3 years in IP routing skills, Experience Networking, IP, ISP experience desirable. - In depth knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST) Strong knowledge of database design, and able to optimize and scale up with the various techniques such as indexing, partitioning, and clustering. - Knowledge of security for web application and distributed services.
