• Directs and supervises the activities of the customer service associates (waiters/waitresses) to provide an excellent service to the guests • Ensures the availability of sufficient stocks of beverages, operating supplies and equipment for the smooth running of the restaurant • Responsible for consistently implementing standard operating procedures in the restaurant. • Develops and maintains a strong team environment by establishing effective communication with associates to gain their trust and respect. • Prepares the monthly Duty Roster and ensures the availability of sufficient manpower for every work shift. • Identifies and recommends sales promotions and implements new ideas and methods of operation, to reduce costs and increase revenue. • Ensures accuracy in billing customers and posting in to the system.

Qualifications & Experience •A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Catering or related field •A minimum of 4 years work experience in a hotel or restaurant Other Skills & Attributes •A pleasant personality, positive attitude and excellent communication skills. •A good knowledge of both spoken and written English •Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook •Honest, hard-working and willing to work flexible hours
