- Perform the full administration function of the site (organize filing, assemble relevant information and fill in documentation as required…) - Give personal assistance to Site Manager and Construction Team - Ensure overall coordination within the organization and between all disciplines, at all levels (including management) and external parties - Act as the focal point for all visitors - Maintain the site’s diary, arrange appointments, meetings and all external visits - Update the staff presence/absence sheet on a daily basis (attendance and AL) - Responsible for the site office maintenance i.e. Internet maintenance service, equipment & stationery maintenance. etc. - Provide administrative assistance to site management (Copies, printing, scanning and internet, email) - Other tasks are assigned by Superior

- Male only - At least association, Bachelor Degree or other relevant fields; - Proven work experience with at least 1 or 2 years in the field - Knowledgeable in administration at site construction - Good oral and written in both English and Khmer - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills; - Good at communicator, negotiator and think creatively; - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
