- To set up warehouse operation - To prepare and monitoring monthly stock report - To prepare stock card and monitor to make sure 100% are updated - To follow up material arrival and materials lacking - To do discrepancy report and send mail out to get the replacement - To keeping record of all incoming and issued items - To issue items to others department and individual requirement - To monitor and check stock for items in regular interval and report to respective person for reorder of finished out items - To motivate, organized and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity target are met - To follow factory standard procedures for issuing items to others department - To ensure the health, cleanliness, and security at workplace environment - To Brief to the team leader on the issues that particular day - Training staffs and monitoring theirs performance - To communicate and corporate with the other department - Others task which assigned by management

- Bachelor degree - At least 3 years of work experience warehouse in manufacturing - Experience in private sector or garment factory is highly desirable - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint - Fluent and conversational English skill is required - Good knowledge of warehouse management - Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates are invited to apply by sending a Cover Letter and CV with expectation salary and a recent photograph.
