I.To implement quality, first class of the mall following the mall management system and procedures. II.To provide day-to-day management of the mall and ensure that the mall’s reputation as a high-quality service provider is maintained and enhanced. III.To supervise and monitor operations and technical assistant to the teams and other relevant task for efficiency and effectiveness of mall operation. IV.To develop standard operating procedure and adjustment based on implementation to ensure that all operating procedures for the mall including security, cleaning, fire safety, emergencies, evacuation procedures and customer service are met the requirement. V.To identify problem areas in the mall and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of mall management. VI.To maintain good public relations with lessees who are leasing the commercial space and all contractors and supplier which service in the mall. VII.To ensure the customer’s complaints focused as high priority, the customers are kept informed accordingly and solving the complaints are solved meeting customer’s expectation VIII.To supervise and monitor the fit out process of the commercial space of the contractors IX.To ensure that the works of contractors followed the guideline of contractor rules and regulation X.Carry out any other duties as assigned by the General Manager or management head. XI.Able to develop plan including budget, execution and reporting

Job Requirements: •Male or female, minimum 30 years old •Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, real estate in commercial or related field •5 years’ experience in managing commercial property, office or estate management •Strong organizational and leadership skills •Good English communication both verbal and written •Chinese communication is plus •Good computer skills
