Jobs Description

- Responsible for managing the cashbox, cash on hand, and check book with CC’s safe. - Responsible for record payments in cashbook on a daily basis and send the cashbook with weekly basis by e-mail. - Responsible for make advances to all individual provincial staff / communities/ suppliers. - Responsible for the cash verification on a daily basis for cash in/out reports at the end of the month (monthly report cash reconciliation). - Ensure that all the required supporting documents are attached with the invoices before payments have made. - Responsible for photocopy/scan vouchers and to archive properly the accountancy (by month, vouchers and operations) on a monthly basis. - Reported to Finance Officer and Provincial Project Manager, if some expenditures are ineligible or suspicious. - Responsible for closing the cashbook report and sending all expenditures to main office by at the end of month. - Budgeting with provincial staff when required, and spot check the beneficiaries if needed. - Stock/Inventory report control (monthly basis). - Coordinate staff for leave application form and send it to HRD by monthly basis. - Involvement & attendance at CC Staff devotion, and other meetings. - Other tasks assigned supervisors and/or line-managers.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,or Business Administration or relevant fields. - At least 1-year experience in financial accounting, finance and banking, or auditing preferable with NGO contexts. - Strong numeric skill. - In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping theories and practices. - Good understanding of analytical review and interpretation skills. - Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-accountants. - Good problem solver. - Computer skills in Microsoft Office and accounting system Peachtree (Sage). - Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer language. - High level of personal integrity and honesty with strong attention to detail. - Can drive motorbike. - Commitment to Clear Cambodia’s Vision, Mission and Core Values. ** Qualified women and disabled people are encouraged to apply.
