•Monitoring: pick up floor and public area report to make assignment for Public Area Attendants. •To check attendance of Public Area Attendants (list). •To check Customer, VIP, and office toilets. •Gives information to room maid for future handling. •Inspects at every hour per day before turn down. •Make sure that Store man has the control of sheets and toilet materials (Tissue, Liquid washing, shampoo, and mirrors liquid are delivered to Public Area Attendants, according to the list. •Takes action on special problems (left purse, wallet, mobile phone or valuable things in guest/VIP toilets etc.) after receiving the report from room maid. •To check if early shift room maid gives correct and clear information to late duty room maid. •To check all hotel arrears (Lobby, Receptionist, office, villa, Main hall, corridor, restrooms, and garden).

- at least 1-2 Years experience as supervisor level in the Hotel Department. - Good communication skills, good presentation, strong personal skill - Good at solving problems and have the best solution for both operation and subordinates - Hard worker, flexible working hours - Good and positive attitude, team player - Able to communication in English.
