Jobs Description

•Prepare finance forms (Payment vouchers, invoices, receipts vouchers and journal vouchers) •Perform bank reconciliation •Monthly tax preparation •Assist daily bookkeeping •Responsible for maintaining a stocked office supply inventory •Prepare payment schedule to suppliers •Prepare prepayment and fixed assets schedule •Monitor AR, collection and bank deposit •Monitor Insurance claim •Request supplier quotation for comparison •Process work book permit and physical check up for employees •Submit staff’s movement in-out to MOL •Assist in renewal all license such as KICPAA, NBC, SECC, NAC, TAX agent •Prepare quarterly report to be submitted to SECC/NAC •Other accounting and admin tasks are assigned by Senior/Manager

Jobs Requirement

•University degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or business related •Good comment in English and other language is a plus •Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Internet & Email •Able to use accounting system (QuickBooks or Xero) •Good at interpersonal and communication skills
