"- Develop marketing programs targeted to channel, retailers, consumers and distributors - Develop trade promotional plans with key customer and channels - Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align with brand principal’s strategy and guidelines through generating suitable creative briefs to internal and/or external agencies. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with ontrade and offtrade outlets, press, media, creative agencies. - Utilise ontrade & offtrade partners’ social media channels to communicate promotions and products, and build brand campaigns on social media. - Engage in business planning and strategic planning process - Identify consumer insight on buying behaviour to define key marketing messages of consumer engagement, product & sales communication campaigns to encourage consumer participation with company brands. - Working closely with the Sales and Brand marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with objectives and targets - Frequent communication with teams to support data collection, issue resolution and requests"

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Management or other relevant studies - Good command of English - At least 1 year experience in trade marketing & brand management - Good leadership and interpersonal skills - Motivating, encouraging and keen on developing people - Good in communication and presentation skills - Good in negotiation skills and ability to influence. - Proficient in Social media use - Excellent skill in Microsoft Words, Excels and Power Points - Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
