Job Description A. Acquisition & Business Development 100% achievement of target merchant acquisition Develop and onboard new merchant based on given monthly target of the assigned project Exhibit initiative and creative thinking to identify qualified merchants and ways to communicate with key decision maker B. Relationship Management Identify and manage potential ways to improve merchant completion (variety) and longer validity/ agreement of existing merchants by building a close relationship and regular meeting with key merchants Assess potential issues from merchants and liaise with internal team to fix them Gain an understanding of the industry and its developments Bridge among relevant external and internal stakeholders and ensure matters or topics are all well-communicated provide report to merchants on usage and other relevant report C. Operation Follow the pre-defined sales pitch and framework for the assigned product category Ensure accurate data and information from the merchants Complete all necessary documents or references in details required for the product category to operate well Escalate, push, and identify potential solution for operational issues to be fixed accordingly in timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business/Communications/Social Science from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale 2+ year of relevant work experience in business development and partner relationship at reputable e-commerce/banking/ tourism business is a plus Ability to manage team to Performance Targets and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong intuitions of tourism industry players A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence Additional Information
