Monitors regularly the company expenditures, profitability and liquidity. In charge of preparing and reporting Financial Statement on regular basis. Maintains appropriate financial management and reporting systems for internal use and for investors, boards and other stakeholders. Analyzes financial information, examines accounts and records, reviews tax computations and ensure compliance with tax laws and all governmental rules and regulations. Acts as focal point in administering the annual/interim external audit and audit planning. Supervises periodic tax remittances. Recommends and provides advice on various effects of business activities on taxes; monitors and conducts tax researches; keeps track on the latest tax schemes and propaganda used by different companies; creates strategies for minimizing tax liabilities, and develops tax savings methodologies. Handles internal audit, financial planning, forecasts, projections and budget, treasury, insurance, and capital acquisitions. Formulates and reviews strategic short-term and long-term work plans on significant high-risk areas of the company activities such as material financial concerns. Develops strong business relationship with banking personnel and leaders, as well as external auditors to promote and maintain positive corporate image of the company. At least 3-5 years relevant experience Strong accounting qualifications (CPA, preferred) Experience in preparing both Lao & International Reporting Standard with confidence in dealing with local tax authority (e.g. annual tax return and tax assessment) Strong leadership and team management skills Good spoken and written English Pro-active in interacting with other stakeholders Willing to learn and develop within the organization
