- Design and develop human resource structure, policy, regulation and job description - Prepare job contract ,staff handbooks and apply law , regulation or job description enforcement - Set up flow for staff recruitment process , regularly conduct staff's productivity appraisal - Cooperate and consistently assist line managers to implement team’s policies and procedures - Monitor the staff’s attendant, payroll and maintain employee records - Undertake regular salary reviews , revise new job description and contract - Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits - Interpreting and advising on employment law - Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures - Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers - Create fair and motivated working environment.

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management , administration or other related fields - At least 2 years experience in HR or Administration - Strong and confident communicator and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively and independently - Good at priority organize and time management skills - Be honest, integrity, hard working and job committed attitude person - Be able to communicate in English - Be good at public speaking would be advantage - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and email.
