• Managed distributor within assign territory to ensure they are handle all portfolio & healthy profitable • Ensure that Distributor is compliance with Agreement • Review Distributor stock standard, GWP & AR • Ensure delivery is meet customer satisfaction • Manage weekly volume stability with Wholesales in respective area • To ensure no mix cases in Wholesales in respective area • Make sure that DSD carry out proper merchandising material & complete daily plan call

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales of FMCG, F&B • Experiences in team management & client management with a strong interpersonal skill • Problem solving skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Strong commitment and able to work under pressure • Able to travel frequently • Knowledge of Window office
