Our company currently is looking for qualified Cambodia candidate with experiences to fill the position of Production Manager (Salary range: $1,000 to $1,500) base in​Phnom Penh. RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Work closely with line leaders in term of swinging operators to meet planning outputs 2- Control output target and follow up daily to ensure all the orders will be completed as planned schedule 3- Guide, check and ensure all leaders and operators are following the operation procedures as set 4- Ensure and determine the standard of quality control 5- Oversee production flow process 6- Work closely with IE staff on operators’ training and Evaluation 7- Join production plan meeting in term of RM, capacity and production plan 8- Estimate & agree on weekly, monthly, and annually budget 9- Work with HR & Admin. to ensure health & safety regulations are met 10- Bring up the problems to Factory Manager for further suggestion 11- Report Daily output to Factory Manager
