• Prepare Weekly collection and payment • Issue invoices/credit notes • Daily transaction posting and data entry • Check monthly Tax Report and Payment • Check sale record against eRevenue and bank reconciliation • Check and verify following documents • Weekly Statement of Cash flow and Weekly & Monthly Debtor Aging Report • Monthly Tax & Entertainment Report • Monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet (Quickbook) • Monthly Management Report (eMMR) • Financial Monthly Statement • Processing Tax Application (Patent, Stamp tax and others) • Any Other Job or Function assigned by Management

• A degree in Financial Accounting • Understanding of accounting principles and best practice • Good communication skills • Experience 3 years and above • Computer skills including the ability to operate and manage the spreadsheet • Good verbal and written communication in English • Male or Female between 20-40 year’s old (female is preferable) • Professional appearance and friendly attitude • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work effectively • Honest
