Responsibility: • Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications • Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect • Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force • Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines • Prepare reports as required • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Responsibility: • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related skills • At least 2 years experiences in site work is required • Experience in safety management for construction works in general site conditions • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and others, Internet, e-mail...) • Be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Good in English communication skills, strong organization and problem solving • Highly responsible & reliable, honesty, and hard working
