Responsibility: • To lead and supervise of day-to-day operation to ensure service standards are followed • To handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas • To actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up. • To ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section • To report necessary maintenance items • Ability to coordinate and cooperate with other departments regarding housekeeping services/activities • Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals • To follow all safety and sanitation policies • Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping manager

Responsibility: • High School Diploma is required • At least 2years experiences related with Hotel and Restaurant or Resort • Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail...) • Knowledge of knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures and time management • Have be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Good in English communication skills and problem solving • Good at leadership skills • Highly responsible & reliable
