Responsibility: • Develop business relationships with suppliers/vendors and customers • Direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products • Strategies to minimize the cost or time required to move goods. • Maintains a completed and orderly listing of all item code and update the item into ERP system. • Review the success of logistical functions and identify areas for improvement. • Lead a team of storage/warehousing personnel through process of counting and recording inventory. • Responsible for actual inventory counts; must be knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted • Identify items as coming from or belonging to the customer, keep those items segregated from other production materials/tools • Develop and maintain the master list • Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures • Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers • Plans and prepares the full year inventory count calendar • Others tasks will assign by management

Requirement: • BA in business administration or relevant field • Proven experience as inventory manager/Purchasing Manager or similar position • Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail….) • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP) • Good in English communication skills and problem solving • Must have excellent supervisory and leadership skills • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports • An analytical mind with strong math skills • Good organizational and planning skills • Reliable and trustworthy
