Responsibility: • To lead and supervise M & E of day-to-day to ensure service operation is smoothly • In coordination with the full time construction supervisors, identify existing electricity related problems. • Suggest appropriate solutions in consultation with the Project Manager. • Assist in the oversight of the implementation of works for the specific projects and monitoring of progress of electricity related works according to specifications and project plans. • Collect and document information on the contractor’s work force. • Undertake measurement of electrical site works in support of contractor payment requests. • Assist in the implementation of Health & Safety measures in the project sites. • To prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials • To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange for inspection with project manager • Prepare M&E Master Construction Schedule, • Reviewing of M&E Design Drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, Architectural and Client provisions • Review and align M&E Design Drawings to ensure compliance with design specification and guideline • Other tasks will assigns by Head of Construction

Requirement: • Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or Civil engineering • At least 3years experiences in M & E construction supervision for buildings is required • Experience in safety management for construction works in general site conditions • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and others, Internet, e-mail...) • Highly responsible & reliable • Strong of Mechanical or Electrical Building Technical knowledge • Strong planning skills and leadership skills • Exceptional people and people management skills are essential • Strong problem solver and Project Management
